On International Women’s Day, Palma hosted a powerful gathering celebrating female leadership, creativity and wellness. Entre Nosotras brought together women from across Mallorca’s business, creative and wellbeing communities for a day of workshops, connection and personal growth.
Last weekend, as the world marked International Women’s Day, Palma hosted a gathering that felt both deeply personal and quietly powerful. In the sun-drenched courtyards and winding streets of Pueblo Español, women arrived from across the island - entrepreneurs, creatives, coaches and community builders - drawn together by a shared curiosity about leadership, wellbeing and conscious growth.
Held within the beautiful historic setting of Pueblo Español, Entre Nosotras - meaning “Among Us” - is a new women’s event in Mallorca dedicated to connection, leadership and personal development.
More than simply a conference, the experience was designed as an immersive journey structured around the four elements - Fire, Water, Earth and Air - inviting participants to explore different dimensions of creativity, leadership and self-awareness.
A New Kind of Women’s Event in Mallorca
Entre Nosotras reflects a growing movement within Mallorca’s evolving wellness and entrepreneurial landscape: a shift toward community-led experiences that combine personal growth, creativity and meaningful connection.
The event was created by an inspiring team including:
- Sara G. Arjona – Art Curator at Pueblo Español
- Natalini – Social entrepreneur
- Caitlin McGarry – Wellness leader
- Tat Caden – Leadership coach
- Christina Jones – Singer-songwriter and creative

Together they created a space that blended wellness, art, music and leadership, reflecting the island’s increasingly vibrant female-led community.
The day opened with an atmospheric DJ set from DJ Tarotgraph, a Palma-based DJ with NYC roots whose sound combines progressive, organic and deep house with influences from tarot, astrology and energy work. The music set the tone for a day centred on self-discovery and authentic expression.
Workshops Exploring Female Leadership and Personal Growth
The event featured a series of interactive workshops - or what many participants affectionately called “play-shops” - organised into four modules throughout the day. Sessions were offered in both Spanish and English, allowing attendees to create their own personal journey.
One particularly thought-provoking session was led by leadership coach and strategist Elaine Kelly from Evolve By Design. Her talk, The Power of Your Period, explored how women can align decision-making, creativity and productivity with their natural hormonal cycles.

While the topic has historically been considered taboo in professional environments, the insights were both practical and empowering. When women understand their natural rhythms, Elaine explained, they can lead and create from a place of greater clarity and sustainability.
Another powerful session, The Gift of Perspective, was led by transformational guide Munay. Through reflection and dialogue, participants were invited to reconsider how they interpret life’s challenges - recognising that perspective itself can become a source of freedom and creativity.
The Power of Connection and Authentic Conversation
Beyond the workshops, the atmosphere throughout the day reflected something deeper than a typical professional event.
Between sessions, participants mingled, shared ideas and listened to live music, creating a vibrant sense of community among Mallorca’s women entrepreneurs, creatives and wellness practitioners.
One particularly impactful moment came during an exercise led by Tat Caden, coach and co-founder of People Are Business.
Participants were paired with someone they had never met and asked a deceptively simple question:
“What makes you proud to be a woman?”
The answers were thoughtful, surprising and sometimes deeply moving. From resilience and intuition to creativity, empathy and the ability to nurture connection, the conversation revealed just how rarely we pause to reflect on the strengths we carry simply by being who we are.
In today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world, the conversation served as a powerful reminder of the value of authentic listening, vulnerability and presence.

Movement, Expression and Embodied Wellness
Later in the afternoon the atmosphere shifted from reflection to movement with Martina Ansaldo’s joyful Abun~DANCE session.
Designed to reconnect participants with their bodies and intuition through dance, the workshop highlighted an important truth within modern wellness: wellbeing is not only about meditation and introspection - it is also about expression, joy and celebration.
Another popular session explored Human Design for Business, again led by Elaine Kelly. as a tool for leadership and decision-making - offering a framework for understanding how each of us is naturally wired to work, create and lead. Judging by the animated conversations that followed, the topic clearly resonated with many attendees.
Mallorca’s Growing Wellness and Women’s Leadership Community
The day concluded with a closing circle titled Insight to Action, where participants reflected on their personal breakthroughs and committed to one intention they would bring into their lives moving forward.
The event ended with music and dancing - a fitting celebration after a day dedicated to empowerment, creativity and collaboration.
In a world that often prioritises speed, productivity and constant achievement, Entre Nosotras offered something refreshingly different: a reminder that true leadership can also be rooted in authenticity, presence and connection.
If this first edition is anything to go by, Entre Nosotras may well become a meaningful addition to Mallorca’s evolving wellness and cultural landscape.
And perhaps its greatest message is the simplest of all:
When women come together to share ideas, support and perspective, something quietly transformative begins to happen - not only within the room, but far beyond it.
