Exploring Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) with Mirjam Leslie Pringle
In Mallorca’s growing wellness landscape, there is an increasing curiosity around therapies that go beyond traditional approaches-methods that explore not just the conscious mind, but the deeper layers of the subconscious.
One such approach is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by Dolores Cannon, a method designed to access inner wisdom, uncover the root of patterns, and support emotional and energetic healing.
I recently experienced a QHHT session in Mallorca with practitioner Mirjam Leslie Pringle-and what unfolded was both surprising and quietly powerful.
What is QHHT? A Deeper Approach to Healing
For those new to the concept, QHHT is a form of hypnosis that allows access to the subconscious mind-the part of us that holds memories, insights, and often the root cause of recurring patterns or challenges.
Unlike traditional hypnosis, QHHT is not based on suggestion. Instead, it enables the individual to access their own inner guidance, often described as the “Higher Self.”
According to Mirjam, this is where the true value lies:
“It’s not about directing the experience. The client’s subconscious leads the way.”
By bypassing the analytical mind, QHHT can offer a deeper understanding of emotional blocks, relationship patterns, and even physical imbalances-bringing awareness that, in itself, can be profoundly healing.

A Personal Journey into the Subconscious
I have long been fascinated by past life regression and the work of Dolores Cannon. Yet despite my curiosity, I approached the session with a degree of scepticism.
Not about the practice-but about myself.
“I have such a busy mind,” I thought. “Surely this won’t work for me.”
From the moment I arrived at Mirjam’s home in the Mallorcan countryside, however, there was a sense of calm. The setting, combined with her gentle and reassuring presence, immediately put me at ease.
The session began with an in-depth conversation-exploring life experiences, current challenges, and the questions I wished to ask. This initial stage, I later realised, was essential in allowing the mind to soften and the body to relax.
Then came the transition.
Letting Go of Control
Lying comfortably, guided by Mirjam’s soothing voice, I was led into a deeply relaxed state. Through visualisation, I found myself drifting-first above the clouds, then gradually back down into a specific place.
“Look at your feet,” she said. “What are you standing on?” And suddenly, I was there.
“What shoes are you wearing? And your clothing?”
Between Imagination and Insight
What struck me immediately was a sense of familiarity. I found myself in Egypt-the land of my birth-but in a different time entirely. My shoes we leather sandals, my dress a long white robe. Beside a structure I was very familiar with – the pyramids.
At the same time, my mind remained active.
Am I imagining this?
Am I creating a story to validate myself and please Mirjam?
The questioning was constant.
Until I made a conscious decision to stop analysing - and simply allow the experience to unfold.
When Emotion Reveals the Truth
Prior to the session, I had shared a series of personal questions - areas of life where I was seeking clarity, whether in work, relationships, or ongoing challenges.
As the session progressed, these themes began to emerge.
While the narrative itself felt almost dreamlike, what stood out most was the emotional response.
There were moments of heightened feeling - unexpected, authentic, and impossible to ignore.
And it was in those moments that something shifted. Because emotion, unlike thought, is far more difficult to fabricate.
It was here that the experience moved beyond imagination and into something more meaningful.
Clarity, Release and a Shift in Perspective
By the end of the session, I felt a sense of clarity around certain aspects of my life.
There was a softening.
A release.
Even an element of forgiveness.
Not in a dramatic or overwhelming way - but in a subtle, grounded sense of understanding.
This, perhaps, is where QHHT offers its greatest value - not necessarily in the stories themselves, but in the insight and emotional resolution they can bring.
Do You Need to Believe in QHHT for It to Work?
One of the most reassuring aspects of QHHT is that belief is not required.
You do not need to believe in past lives.
You do not need to consider yourself spiritual.
What matters more is openness.
Many clients come to QHHT sessions feeling stuck, disconnected, or simply curious. Others arrive without any specific issue at all.
Yet, as Mirjam explains, even curiosity alone can lead to powerful insight:
“You don’t need a problem to benefit. Sometimes people gain clarity on questions they didn’t even realise they had.”
Why QHHT is Gaining Popularity in Mallorca
As Mallorca continues to evolve as a destination for wellness and conscious living, there is a growing interest in holistic therapies that support not only physical health, but emotional and energetic wellbeing.
QHHT sits within this space - offering an alternative approach for those seeking deeper self-understanding and personal growth.
Whether viewed as a therapeutic tool, a reflective experience, or a form of inner exploration, it aligns with a broader shift toward more integrated, holistic living.
A Gentle Invitation to Look Within
What stayed with me most after the session was not the detail of the experience itself, but the feeling it left behind. A sense of calm. A quiet clarity. And a subtle reminder that perhaps we spend too much time searching for answers outside ourselves.
QHHT offers something different.
A space to pause.
To listen.
To reconnect.
As Mirjam so simply puts it:
“The answers you’re looking for are already within you. Sometimes you just need the right space to access them.”
